A week or so ago, I heard a story that a biologist doing a fly over on the Strait saw a swath of silvers 2 miles thick (heard this from several separate sources). Now its early October, so: where are these fish? It's been so hit or miss this season on Whidbey, Possesion, Mukulteo (and great fishing at Sekiu). Was this just an over optimistic rumor of good news that was spread and embellished as it was passed on? Or maybe these fish are heading for the Strait of Georgia and BC streams.

Anyone have any more info about this silver season gone bust?
