a rag is similar to an aerofly. basically it's a cylinder piece of foam with a piece/pieces of colored yarn through the side (not down the center of the circled ends) They're pretty easy to make but you can buy them. I make my own for literally cents each. I usually use them in conjunction with a spinglo with steelies.
