It's OK Slab. I think I'm figuring it out. Take most members of Congress, one at a time, and usually you come up with a reasonably intelligent person (yes, of course there are important exceptions, but follow for a moment.). Then you take Congress collectively, and instead of the result being cumulative wisdom, or better yet, synergistic wisdom that is smarter than the sum of the parts, we get anti-synergy. The result is so fvcken dumb, it's dumber than the sums of all the inverse IQs taken together (Sum 1-IQ1 + 1-IQ2 + etc.). No math symbols on this keyboard arrangement, but I hope the concept translates well enough. The upshot is that nothing on this planet is dumber than the collective wisdom of Congress.


Hard to argue with that summation.
