curious to hear other opinions about the local guides in the Forks area. those rivers are small enough that you encounter many guides per outing. my experience is that most are friendly and courteous, something thats rare on our Puget Sound area rivers. And I know of two or three that can pull fish from mud puddles year round. If you were going to spend a day fishing with one of the Forks area guides who would it be and why? By the way, although we don't know each other, I've found that our BB host has always been courteous (he's come around the corner and found me camped in the Goodman hole more than once, wondering how I got there so early). In my opinion there are a few that shouldn't be guiding either. Durring coho season this year, I overheard one guide who belittled his client everytime the guy would cast. What a way to drum up business. any thoughts??
