And that's why the law is applied differently...the whole point of the Stand Your Ground laws is that you do not have to retreat...unless, apparently, you are a black woman.

Remember the guy who confronted burglars in his yard, ran inside to get his gun, came out and while chasing the burglars out of his yard shot one in the back?

He wasn't even charged, thanks to the Stand Your Ground law.

'Course, he was an old white man and the burglars were black...but that, of course, had nothing to do with it, not in this enlightened age.
