If your egg supply has run out go to the grocery store and buy some prawns. I tried them several years ago and have hardley used eggs since. They work as well as eggs if not better, and they stay on your hook until you break off or catch a fish. One thing I have started to do is dye the eggs with pro glo bait coloring. I use just enough to change the prawn meat a light pink. Try it , you won't be dissapointed.
