So You found it & agree it is in the jury instruction. All laws are ever so briefly mentioned, summarized and put into everyday language so a jury can understand the instructions.

Manslaughter laws exist to provide incentive to not use deadly force. Stand your ground laws do the opposite. Self-defense requires a "duty to retreat" that is, if you can leave or otherwise defuse the situation you should or must as required by law. With stand your ground, all you have to do is provoke a confrontation and you can get away with murder.
