About a 1/4 mile from the timber stand in the pics there's a big clearcut full of berries and consequently...full of bear sign. I'll get back in there with a predator call. Especially once the blackberries are all gone.

We already had him or another bear come in growling one night. we had been blowing a wounded rabbit call for about a half hour when we heard the first growl. The bear was circling and growling every minute or so. We never saw it.
