sorry for this Yak, but a little tip about posting youtube videos... you need to take out the "feature=player_embedded&" out of the link in order for the video to show up on here... it ends up looking like this
"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4JIXPqgwQHk"

when you do that, you end up with this...
