Garlic powder ( some ) 4 oz lemon juice. 1 can frozen apple juice. 3 cans water. Soak at least 12 hours in the brine. Its cold outside so over here it can take 10 hours in the little chef. Use alder wood. They keep well in the fridge but they won't be around very long.
