Haven't watched the video, but this reminds me of all of the fainting women during his campaign speeches. I think there were something like 4 or 5. I saw a compilation video somewhere. Not taking a side on staged or not, but there certainly is some theater in this administration.

"Somebody get this woman some water," is what he said a number of times.
