It's fascinating that it seems like there's so little check/balance here... The congress can legislate changes to address executive power... But who can enact rules to address ethics issues in Congress?

We sort of need the initiative system equivalent at a national level. Imagine how quickly issues like this, or congress' healthcare plans would be addressed.
