I would go with the Cataract oars. I have a set for my boat and love them. They will withstand just about anything and as a rookie rower myself have put them through hell. I'm not sure about weight between them but the Cataracts are tough and I'd rather have a few extra pounds than a broken oar at the wrong time. Most places I've seen sell them wraped for about 150 each. Be sure to look at the wraps as those done for rafts won't work well in a drift boat (the rope is in the wrong place). Be sure to get a set of oar rights to keep your blades in the correct position so that your boat doesn't sway all over. Don't have any idea on the seats, but plastic doesn't rot. Something to remember when your looking at oar handles as well.
