By the time we hear about these things, they have gone real bad.
The abuse/oppression was in its second year, it would be safe to say.

Possible outcome...

1) Incognito would be required to publicly apologize to Martin and return all extorted funds to Martin.

2) Incognito is placed on suspension from the NFL for a specific amount of time without pay.
After the suspension period he would be allowed to enter the free agent draft.

3) Martin probably fares worse in this...don't know if he will ever play another down in a Miami uniform.
Hopefully he will find work somewhere.
Some team in dire straits on the offensive line might take a chance with Incognito or he could be an untouchable, depending on how this plays out.

4) If the offensive line coach and/or the OC are found to have known about this, their heads will probably roll.
Don't think that it would go beyond the OC.


Too bad Martin didn't drop the bar on the punk when he was on the bench and pin him by the Adam's Apple.
