I haven't found any one of the 5 salmon species that won't eat a bead, though some eat them more readily than others. I get fresh silvers chasing them down quite regularly while fishing for trout.

For those that think bead + salmon = flossed, not so. It is easy to tell the difference with a little practice.

Jacks (or as AP calls them "sneaky f*ckers") of any species gobble beads up pretty readily.

Imprinting is a powerful thing, though as I finally witnessed this past fall, steelhead still seek out freshly dropped eggs for an easy meal.
