As a former Metro driver I can tell you that the driver is lucky that he missed with the wheel block. Those things are 8 pounds of very hard rubber and it is likely that he would have killed the f'r if he had connected. The driver went way over the top for simply being spat upon. I know that security is right there at the Renton Transit Center due to the "diverse" nature of those who frequent the place. Route 101 is one of the most likely routes to be assaulted on. I would expect much better of a veteran Metro driver.
