It was weeks ago when I heard it, so I can't remember the exact wording. The ad mentioned there was a comment period open about the establishment of wild steelhead genetic banks/ending of hatchery steelhead plants on the Lewis and Green rivers. How they believed this would have a detrimental effect on the local communities near these fisheries and finished saying this was sponsored by the Coastal Conservation Association. That was the basic gist of it anyhow.
