Can't help but think he didn't develop an exit strategy. With his arrest in mind he must have been smart enough to protect himself( proof of corruption, Infidelity anything he could do to shut people up......). Media will play it out to its fullest , milking every second it can. Too many people are too vulnerable for him to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. He won't be set free and he knows too much to ever be a real "prisoner" or to have to pay his true debt to society.
