Where were some of you when WDFW was holding public meetings and visiting clubs for 2-3 years, to find out what anglers wanted?? They even took Bruce Crawford out of Fish Programs, just to go out and find what we wanted in new licenses. Mostly they heard us screaming that we didn't want so many pieces of paper to haul around. They tried!
