Fellow board members there will be a free seminar on salmon recovery. It will be on Wednesday, April 26, from 4-6pm, at the Northwest Fisheries Science Center Auditorium, 2725 Montlake Blvd E, E Hamlin Rd entrance, Seattle.

title: "Salmon Recovery: Where Are We? Where Are We Going"

It will be chaired by Dan Huppert, from UW's School of Marine Affairs, and will include a panel composed of Larry Peck, Deputy Dir, WDFW, Bob Turner, WA Coord, Protected Resources Div, NMFS, Bob Bilby, Watershed Processes Prog, NWFSC, NMFS, and Jim Fox from the WA Salmon Recovery Funding Board.

This is a good chance for the general public to interact with the people that help manage the state's anadromous resources. For those interested this will be cutting edge. email me if you want more details or want to read the long abstract.
