The Jet Planers are a better diver mechanically, but not necessarily for productiveness. The Hot N Tot's get plenty deep for the water you're describing. They also give the bait some extra fish enticing action- both steelies and kings. As a matter of fact, I've had many days on the northern rivers (Kenai, Kitimat) in this depth range where I've had better success with the Magnum size Hot N Tot with large egg clusters for big kings. It not only gives a little more action to the bait but also makes more vibration noice attraction in the colored water.- The JP's are better in the real deep water than the Tots, but I prefer to backbounce with lead droppers in over 20' depths.
