After the Santa Clara shooting I read an article that looked at a bunch of suicides in Spain I believe it was. At first their were a couple of suicides were people were jumping in front of a commuter train. And then the media went nuts with the story to the point that someone was jumping in front of a train on a weekly basis. Once the media outlets got together and decided to stop reporting it people stopped jumping in front of trains.

So yea-Dogfish is spot on!

But this is America and we know three things will happen.

1. The media will continue to go nuts every time something like this occurs. Not only does it provide higher ratings but increases the likelihood of future situations for them to go nuts over repeating the cycle.
2. Liberals will argue gun control will fix the problem.
3. Conservatives will argue more guns will fix the problem.
