"Last week, 17-year-old Nancy’s Oley of Mississippi was nominated for this challenge. Instead of financially giving to charity, she set off to her backyard to complete the Ice Bucket Challenge with her little sister by her side. Her cousin, Shawn Oley, stood above with a giant bucket of ice ready to help Nancy fulfill the challenge. Tragically, the bucket slipped out of Shawn’s hand crashing onto Nancy’s head. Nancy was rushed to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in critical condition. She later succumbed to her injuries. Nancy’s family is hoping that this video will raise awareness of the risks involved in participating in the Ice Bucket Challenge. The family is encouraging people to send in their tax deductible donation to ALS, rather than complete the challenge. They are currently in the process of setting up a fund in her name"
