The same person who was the hachery manager on the Hump. who made such GOOD runs of kings and silvers!!!! He is the manager of the Sol Duc hachery. Word is the state gave him the go ahead to build up a good fall run of kings like he did on the Hump. If its true look out Sol Duc some very good fall king fishing is coming!!!!!
