The Hubert Humpy has worked pretty well for me over a number of years. Tied on a size 8 34007 Mustad hook, the body is pearl Diamond braid with bead chain eyes and a strip of pink dyed rabbit tied down over the back and trailing about the length of the hook shank. Originally tied for humpies on the Stillaguamish River, it proved to be very effective for mature coho on the beaches of Puget Sound in September and October.
