Biggest steelhead of 2014 and my life caught and released on Monday morning on the Bogey. Got the last live sand shrimp at Shell that were reserved for somebody that didn't pick up. Third cast and had several big runs and a great fight until I could wear it out. I got a look in the water and noticed it wasn't a brat turd. Not quite sure of the weight. Maybe an Oregon 20 but definitely larger than the 15 lb Oregon coast summeruns I've caught over the pat 20 years. Didn't have the tape on me and was fishing solo so not the greatest pic from my iphone and this was about 8:30 AM with the sun coming up above the trees. My wading boots are size 12. Probably the closest I'll get to a 20 lber. Looks like a hen from the snout. A nice chromer!

Anybody else?
