Bluff caved in right across from lakeside where it says welcome to Aberdeen..alot of people standing around but didn't see any machinery there yet..

all the sloughs are backed up so theres standing water everywhere u go.. but I did notice that its dropping some.. and the rain has eased off to just showers..
