Where there's smoke there's usually fire.

You all realize that the Baltimore PD has been hit with TWO judgments, one for $7.5 million and one for $39 million in recent years after "rough rides" left suspects paralyzed don't you?

If it turns out that these cops gave this guy a rough ride after the people of Baltimore had already been put on the hook for more than $46 million dollars in civil judgments because of similar conduct, then they deserve to go to prison for mere stupidity if nothing else.
