fishrmn Smolt Registered: 11/11/99 Posts: 87 Loc: Shelton, WA	Silverspoon- The Columbia opens for kings Aug. 1st, but not the Cowlitz itself. Anything above the boundary markers at the mouth are off limits for kings. Last year the Cowlitz was open for them - got a spunky 16# on the lower river fishing steelhead gear - quite a ride!
