Corky, Elwha River Fish Restoration Plan is out in a draft and deals with stock assesment and planning procedures for rebuilding the ten salmonid stocks that historically used the Elwha River basin prior to construction of the dams, they are winter and summer steelhead, searun cutthroat and char, spring and summer/fall chinook, coho, pink, chum, and sockeye salmon.

The draft deals only with restoration and assumes the removal of both dams it is 21 pages long and deals with most aspects of rehab of the fish and harvest managment during rebuilding cycles I imagine it will be out for public view soon.

So I guess if there is going to be any pushing for a start date we all are going to have to start pushing.
