The "Old Hawk" is doing good so far. Surgery lasted about 6 hours. Will be in ICU for about 3 days. Last thing he asked the doctor was how long it would be before he could fly up to Minnesota to fish steelies and kings with his son. At 72, that ain't bad. If everything goes well, we'll be whacking and stacking kings the first week of October. He's a tough old bird.
