I see that the NF Stilly at the slide the temperature was down to the mid 50s. Things have cooled off substantially. Equally importantly the flows have jumped up. Over night the flow on the North Fork Stillaguamish peaked at nearly 4,000 cfs!

Something to keep in mind the low flows of the summer were driven largely by the lack of snow pack from last winter. We are entering the time of year where north Sound river flows are driven more by rainfall/ground water than snow melt- a different dynamic

Also see that Tulalip Bay has reopened for salmon; don't see any reason the various streams of the region could not be reopened for both salmon and gamefish; especially considering the 10 day weather and flow forecasts.
