I'm with SZ. Bailey won't fall down in coverage every week, and the D will shore up. Hate to see Kam go (and would still love to have him back), but his actions of late make it plain as day where his loyalties lie, and that is not with his team. I doubt too many guys in that locker room were saying nice things about him in the aftermath of Sunday's game.

If they can't work it out, I say they should give Irvin and Bennett a little of Kam's vacated salary; they were pains in the arse in the offseason, but they showed up to work on schedule and ready to play. Seems to me that would set a positive example for other up and coming players that might find themselves considering holdouts in the future.
