So that should give us time to let our emotional responses be tempered with more rational thought. Like many, my initial emotional response to Syrian refugees was, "Hell No!" But we should be better than that and use our 21st century brains to temper our primitive emotions.

If at the end of the day a refugee can't be effectively vetted, then I'll stick with "Hell no!"

Steel, how many of these refugee's are you going to house? Or is it "Not in my back yard" kind of thing?
