There is no steelhead hatchery on the Green River. The Palmer-Kanaskat rearing ponds are just that, a rearing facility. The fry are provided by the Reiter Hatchery. That is what makes keeping Reiter funded so important. Without Reiter there will be no summer-runs for the Sky, Snoqualmie, Green or upper Stilly.
