We misunderstood eachother, I was talking about hatchery fish in general. The Quinalts have paid for their fish. I brood stock 2 local rivers and I can't help but think I am out here busting my butt, because others are too lazy, but that is life, also I hate knowing that these fish runs that I am trying to restore, the natives get 50%. I don't know about you guys but when you make a deal with a guy to get 50% of his next pay check this doesn't mean he owes you half his life time wages.
