Well I am not happy with the answer that I got but here it is.

The hatchery manager at this point is not worried about achieving egg take quota so they see no need to curtail tribal netting. Nobody has tried to confirm the tribal harvest number. So gents here is my stand...this has become a state taxpayer funded tribal gillnet fishery...I ask...why raise the Kings at all, if that is what it is for or at least have the tribe pay for it.
