The silvers are already in the Sol Duc in good numbers. You should have some luck if you get on the river by very, very early. The bite may be over by 7:00 a.m. I mean be there when you can just see the end of your rod tip. I would offer the suggestion that you try a No. 3 or 4 Vibrex in either orange or green. This is very standard advice. If you are into fishing all day, check out Bob's tip on burning spinners to work in the oxygenated faster water. It is a really valuable tip.
