I just paid off the balance of my S.L. from 1998 last week! 18 years of pain for a State school degree and they didn't even have the common courtesy to say thank you once it was paid in full. Just a wry smile as they zipped up and walked outta the room. I can't imagine having the debt from an upper, upper echelon public or private school with some BS degree. My STEM degree has paid for itself in full many times over and my lifetime ROI has been great. But only because I actually used the damn degree.

Anyway - I'm free from those sons-of-bitches FOREVER. Suck it Mr. Man.
