How old is Cluck?
EATTLE - Police arrested a 27-year-old man Sunday after a woman reported he spied on her in a University of Washington Medical Center women's restroom.
University of Washington police were alerted to the incident about 11:23 a.m. A woman reported she was using a stall in a women's restroom on the third floor of the medical center near the gift shop when she heard someone else enter the bathroom and look into each stall, probable cause reports say.
She initially thought it was a custodian, but a few moments later, she saw a man look over the dividing wall of her stall and immediately jump down, as if he stood on the neighboring toilet to catch a glimpse of her, reports indicate.
The woman claimed she then saw moving shadows on the floor that made her believe the man was masturbating in the next stall. She left the stall and saw that the man looked to be still sitting on a toilet, according to the probable cause reports.
After washing her hands, she alerted a passing security officer to the incident. The peeping man then left the restroom and said something about losing his cell phone and attempted to enter two locked, single-occupant restrooms, accounts say.
The same man later checked into the emergency room, reporting a headache. It's unclear from reports how the man in the emergency room caught the attention of authorities, but the woman confirmed he was the same man who was in the women's restroom.
He was arrested and booked into King County Jail for investigation of voyeurism, but was released Monday after a preliminary court hearing.
The man has not yet been charged
