Quick viewing of the Minnesota viewing leaves me sick. The man still has his seat belt on and no weapon is seen. How long would it take to step around the front of the car. Half a second? Much quicker, I am sure, than a man could reach back, pull out a gun and lean or shoot through the window with his seat belt on. The man supposedly had no warrants and the car had only a busted tail light. No reason for heightened security. If the officer was worried about the occupants, he could have called in and found out who he was dealing with. He could also have stepped back from the beginning and asked the man to step out of the car.

Hard to argue with this.
