99% of the cops out there would never rat on another cop, no matter what,. That is why we are having this problem, not because they are all terrible people, it's because of their loyalty.

Let me ask you this,,,, why in 99% of the Justice department investigations do they end up doing nothing, finding cops did nothing bad. It's called the thin blue line. All law enforcement had an interest in protecting each other's image, it worked for decades but now they are no longer credible, the trust has eroded, problem is they don't have another playbook. They never figured the public would be smart enough to catch on.
