You obviously have a short memory. Walter Mondale lost every state but Minnesota and DC to Regan in 1984, but the Democratic Party not only survived but won the presidency several times since then. Surely I will not lose as badly as Mondale. Don't worry, as long as there are plenty of bigoted, ignorant, intolerant and misinformed people, both parties will survive.
