President Duterte Is in fact the President of a Sovereign Nation and he is dealing with a problem in a way that he thinks is effectual, which is exactly how President Obama addresses problems, both real and perceived, constitution be damned, in our country. And perhaps Duterte doesn't share President Obama's penchant for one world rule. One thing is certain President Obama would most certainly be better served if he were able to keep his critisism private, but alas, for some reason President Obama seems to be lacking good judgement and the humility gene. So the question is, why does he behave as he does is it "Nature or Nurture" ?
