He is making the FBI appear extremely currupt and arogant. All Comey did is make it clear to the public how things are actually done in government, it's not like anyone should be shocked....

Government officials both elected and appointed callude on a daily basis on how hide their actions from public view, law enforcement; federal, state and local is the most important willing participant in this process. You don't get appointed or hired to executive level positions in law enforcement unless you are a skilled liar and extremely loyal.
