F&W Commissioner Barbara Baker stated at her confirmation hearing conducted by Chair Pearson that instead of asking for $4 million dollar from the legislature like WDFW did this year, that she would have asked for more to backfill the $50 million cuts the department has endured over the 3-4 biennia.

After reading this article, I wonder if she got confirmed.

Don't get me wrong up to now I still support Sen. Pearson, but outside influences appear to be rearing their ugly head.
