Westport and Ilwaco together ate up 6500-7000 coho per week once things got rolling last year.

Ilwaco consumed 2/3 of it's quota in the 4 weeks leading up to its early closure

Westport started whacking coho a week earlier, taking about 20% of its coho quota per week which led to its early closure.

At the low option, that buys less than 3 weeks of good fishing.

At the high option, about 5 weeks.

Unless the coho are a no show... in which case the season will last longer.
