Took a judge out fishing once. Put him on to a pile of fish and he proceeded to hook, land, and kill two unclipped steelhead. Nofckingway was he going to let those fish go, even though one was not allowed to retain unclipped fish, so he kept them any ways.

As my old man once told me: "Son, never trust a jury of your peers and never trust a judge."

That being said and IMO, most people who stand before a judge did the crime and whine when they have to pay the time....

...except for those people who were wrongly accused and later aquitted and to whom I met at this years Innocence Project dinner.

Amanda Knox says hi. Ok, not really, but she did say hi to me.

Oh, and back to Swann? Wouldn't be guilty if he was in front of the judge, now would he?

For some reason, I've never been on a jury and never will be.....

"Of course that person is guilty! Why else would the be here if they were not!"
