Why?

I've looked at the price of gold over the last year and it doesn't make sense to me to buy it now.

You DO realize that when the end of the world, civizilation and government collapses (as you keep predicting), all you are going to own in "gold" is a mineral/rock.

I guess you can use all of your gold bars to throw at Bigfoot.

All your rocks in the world can't be turned in to water or food.......
