"No amount of hagiography can obscure the fact that, while Ginsburg is responsible for a great number of landmark legal decisions, her legacy may be sorely tarnished by one terrible one: refusing to retire when Obama could have named her replacement.

Preznint Jugears could indeed have named a younger, healthier version of her if she had retired, but he named a replacement for Scalia when he passed away.

How'd that work out?
